PIMP MY WORK! By Daniel Yanes Arroyo
Yesterday I went to an design lecture. It’s not like the first time or it’s any other lecture, it’s the Invisibilia’s 1st cycle of lectures. And this event is conducted by Rediseño (Red de Diseñadores Gráficos) in Venezuela.
And yesterday was the third of the events (the first one was really interesting, the other one, not as interesting as I expected). And that last lecture called “PIMP MY WORK! How to pimp your digital portfolio” by Daniel Yanes Arroyo, one of the designers who run the camionetica.com.ve website.
Anyway, the lecture was about a lot of things: the digital identity, the creative networks and, lastly, the websites. Also, what are the benefits of the social networks, the oportunities you get in the creative networks and what can you do with them.
It was a really interesting lecture, and, at the same time, it made me think a lot about the sites I’m into. Like this one, Facebook. And I’m starting to wondered if I’m using the right way with all this sites.
Perhaps in a (very near) future, I’ll start to give a good use in my internet accounts.
